Ending Term 3 on a high note!

On board with us for our final adventure to the Amazon for Term 3 were over 50 Key Stage 2 pupils and their teachers from two schools in different regions of the UK, namely Abbeymead Primary School on the outskirts of Gloucester, Gloucestershire (https://www.abbeymead.gloucs.sch.uk/) and Elm Hall Primary School in Witham, Essex (https://www.elmhall.essex.sch.uk/essex/primary/elmhall). After a formal welcome and introductions, as well as sharing the aims of the workshop and proposed format for the session, we moved on to our ‘starter’.  I launched Digimap for Schools and projected a map of the UK to pinpoint our locations (https://digimapforschools.edina.ac.uk/).
